    About this role

    As an Application Support Lead you will be responsible for lead and coordinate team activities and performance.

    In this role you will resolve a certain type of high level incidents and changes, as well as consult on service request estimations/proposals

    What you’ll do

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity
    • Identify cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect the business architecture integrity
    • Work with other architects to ensure the application components align with a specific architecture component
    • Identify risks and assumptions associated with the applications
    • Work with the application designer to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution by: 1) defining the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated, 2) mapping business process activities to the applications that support them, and 3) drafting a data object model that provides a common structure for mapping the data between the applications
    • Assess the impact of the integration requirements to the technical architecture and specify the integration service requirements.
    • Validate that the application requirements meet overall business process needs, are within the project scope, and are internally consistent.
    • Validate that the integration solution and integration architecture designs utilize the integration architecture components appropriately

    Who you are

    Basic Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience in WebMethods 9.12
    • Extensive development experience using Software AG"s webMethods Developer and webMethods flow language. 
    • Knowledge on the Trading Network Server.
    • Knowledge of webMethods DevOps concept, expertise in webMethods designer, My webMethods, webMethods Integration Server cluster
    • Knowledge on Flatfile processing.
    • Knowledge on MWS.
    • Technical competency in WM flow/java services, web services, business process model development/testing and deployment, WS-Security, and SOAP
    • Integration development experience using web services, SAP RFCs and XML documents.
    • Build solutions that increase business value using industry-standard methodologies and scalable integration tools/platforms
    • Develop support utilities and automated tools to improve the overall efficiency of the project and business stability
    • Experience in design and implementation on large scale applications
    • Experience in B2B standards, REST Services, integration architectures and adapters (JDBC)
    • Extensive knowledge of Universal Messaging and webMethods Publish/Subscribe trigger tuning
    • Experience working with database integration including strong SQL coding skills
    • Extensive knowledge in integration server log analysis

    Nice to have experience in:

    • IBM Integration BUS
    • TIBCO
    • MuleSoft
    • Boomi Integration Platform 

    Nice to have knowledge in: 

    • Oracle/Unix skills and programming skills
    • Java
    • ALE - Application Link Enabling (as we support SAP, ALE is one of the core integration technologies)
