About this role This position will be responsible for support and maintenance of multiple high availability applications for the client. This includes software design and build for product enhancements, resolution of defects, and rapid response to critical issues as well as on-going monitoring of system health.
Due to high performance nature of the product and criticality of these applications, high proficiency is required in trouble shooting, desirable skills in .NET and well-rounded skills for the overall software stack. What You’ll Do Perform application support of multiple applications types (ad-hoc & inhouse) for US client. Service Management and follow up of incident resolution, through ITIL.

Participate in eventual rotative guards (24x7) Maintenance and documentation of systems and processes. Who you are Candidates for this role must have: Prior experience giving maintenance and support to applications. .NET desirable knowledge among other technologies. Fast response times and easy problem tracking and solving skills. Excellent communication skills & Upper intermediate English level. Data base Knowledge (Oracle, SQL) Linux, Wintel, Networking, Firewall knowledge is a plus.
Focus on continuous improvement and experience with ITIL Methodology. Desirable non-exclusive knowledge In addition to the basic qualifications noted above, we find that individuals who are successful in this role have: Data Analytics Reports creation using one or more of the industry reporting tools Batch scripting Education Bachelor's degree in Software developer, IT Service Management Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. English communication skill (Intermediate/ advanced level required) Shift: 9am – 6pm (100% remote) Participate in eventual rotative guards 24x7 (approximately 1 guard every month and a half)
