Technical Support Operator

What you will do: - Attention of incoming requirements via Web Portal.

Registration and cancellation of users. - Error analysis and decision making. Incident management via Web Portal. - Documentation of incidents with basic and relevant data. - Resolve/Escalate Resolvable/Unsolvable incidents at the first level. - Proactive assistance to avoid or reduce the recurrence of problems. - Detect and manage massive cases. Who are you Candidates for this role should have: - Intermediate level both oral and written in English, Portuguese and Spanish. - Intermediate knowledge in administration/monitoring/troubleshooting of Windows Servers and Active Directory systems. - Knowledge of Windows 7, 2000, Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022. - Knowledge in Active Directory. - Experience in technical support by phone, web, mail, chat or call center. - Experience in managing incidents in multi-domain infrastructures. - Experience in ITIL methodology and incident management tools. - Experience in customer service. - Knowledge of Unix (Linux/ Solaris) and SQL.
