Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening candidates), high volume recruiting support for our Media, Engineering, Data, Creative business and corporate teams
Optimize the recruitment processes by sourcing and prescreening candidates, also scheduling interviews to the recruitment staff.
Source of candidates:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the organization
Operate as sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means (LinkedIn)
Fill the requirements of talent in all the business’ verticals on the time and quality expected.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
Investigate the market, providing insights about competitors or companies from different economy sectors to create sourcing strategies.
To create sourcing strategies, it’s necessary to understand the business needs (business acumen), the market and the candidates’ motivation.
Build pipeline of candidates of roles requires through LinkedIn and local job board (Smart Recruiters)
Engage top talent with personalized approach
Support the talent advisors by scheduling interviews through company job boards (Smartrecruiters)
Generate a genuine and personalized approach to the candidates conducting telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and create communication to the candidates, using the templates and PDG communication style.
Provide a great experience to the candidates in all the different processes to maintain and increase our employer brand.
Participate in the projects meetings in order to understand objectives, tasks and initiatives.
Support the team in Ad-hoc activities.
Support the accomplishment of projects assigned to the team in each Q of the year only in Ad-hoc activities assigned by the lead.
