Digital Data Strategist

Overview

At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a Digital Data Strategist - Data & Analytics Project Manager fluent in English to join our Data Analytics Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide. 🌍

As a Digital Data Strategist you will build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. You will manage multiple teams and collaborate with internal and external vendors and clients to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Data Collection Processes for Advanced Analytics purposes to drive the optimization of Digital Marketing Campaigns.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • 3+ years of experience in a direct marketing environment with data-oriented responsibility (preferably at a marketing agency)
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing environment and marketing technology landscape
  • Strong ability to instruct, coordinate and manage vendors and teams in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated aptitude and interest in Project Management
  • Detail oriented, organized, and a master multi-tasker
  • Strong written and communication skills – you’re articulate and poised
  • Excellent project management skills – you keep pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and within large cross departmental teams
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Evaluate the availability of data in a timely manner with respect to project needs to ensure operational efficiency
  • Managing required service vendors for data-related functions to ensure deliverables are on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Carry out QA, filtering and data standardization processes in order to identify discrepancies and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Working with cross-capability teams to ensure data collection and adherence to project timelines
  • Execute media channel optimizations and provide budget recommendations for different markets
  • Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals
