    What you’ll do: 

    There’s no “day to day” in your job because every day is a new medium, a new message and a new chance to make brilliant creative, but here are a few things you can expect.

    • You’ll gain valuable experience working on a B2B account making contributions to both digital marketing and site work.
    • Work closely with the UX and XD team to update and create new web pages, while establishing brand tone and messaging throughout all communications.
    • Collaborate (a perfect mix of work and play) daily with team members — creative directors, art directors, designers, coders and other equally talented eccentrics — to consistently deliver polished work while enjoying your time working with the team.
    • Cross-channel perfection: One concept, so many messaging mediums — you’ll learn to make  ideas translate effectively and flawlessly across various marketing assets.


    We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: 

    • A four-year degree (preferably in English, journalism or a related field) and one to three years of strong work experience, preferably in an advertising or interactive agency.
    • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind (yes, these things really do matter).
    • An exuberant work ethic and exacting attention to detail, whether it’s punctuating your copy, answering a brief or staying true to the brand’s tone and style.
    •  An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with new projects flying through the door (hey, our clients like and count on us) and quick turnarounds.
    • Sharp writing skills and the desire to learn how to develop copy for large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and off.
