LAS & Brazil Accounts Receivable manager

Roles and Responsibilities

•Set objectives, manage and support the team of cash collectors
•Provide guidance to address issues (tactical & strategic direction)
•Acting as an escalation point
•Intervention in resolving complex disputes
•Review Team performance on regular BMS
•Reporting and analytics to key stakeholders with agreed reports
•Maintain relationship with Geo stakeholders with regular updates
•Perform account reviews with collectors, upper management & sales.
•Review/approve write off requests within delegation
•Conduct bi-annual self assessment & support audits and requests
•Review, identify and execute process Improvement, transformation and standardization opportunities
•Lead WW & Regional Projects
