(Contract) Senior Associate, Corporate Marketing

We’re looking for a talented, well rounded marketer with a growth mindset and passion for software to own and drive talent brand and marketing in one of MuleSoft’s fastest growing regions. In this role, you will be a strategic member of the LATAM team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing in San Francisco, and working closely with LATAM leadership, Talent, and People teams to build our brand story and drive engagement with the technical community to fuel our hiring pipeline.

What you’ll achieve:

In this role, you will be an instrumental player in our growth in Argentina, working cross-functionally and collaboratively to fuel our demand gen engine for talent at the top of the funnel by building brand awareness and fine-tuning our narrative in the region.

In 3 months, you will:

  • Build relationships with LATAM leadership and Talent teams, understanding the hiring needs and goals of the business
  • Develop deep understanding of our corporate brand, messaging, values, and technology—you will be marketing to a technical audience, and understanding our tech stack and the challenges our technical teams solve for our customers is critical to the role
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of local talent competitors, audit of our talent brand, and recommendations for areas of highest priority
  • Take over our local social media handles and begin driving social campaigns to drive leads
  • Begin executing on our events strategy for the year, building relationships with event organizers and developing detailed project plans for executing on event sponsorships
  • Meet with our local PR agency and understand PR goals and content needs

In 12 months, you will:

  • Deliver a healthy pipeline of leads to our Talent team that exceeds YoY targets
  • Establish yourself as the resident expert and resource on all talent brand and marketing in LATAM
  • Identify and leverage key stakeholders who evangelize our mission via social media, content, press, and speaking opportunities
  • Develop a programmatic, repeatable process for end-to-end event marketing, from event selection to engaging the business to measuring and communicating results
  • Increase our SOV and social media following relative to talent competitors
  • Develop consistent methods for measuring and communicating ROI and results of talent marketing initiatives
  • Establish a hand-in-hand partnership with the local Talent team and hiring managers  

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience at a software company or in service to software companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or relevant studies
  • Strong understanding of software and integration concepts, and quick and resourceful learner
  • Experience and excitement around driving demand by working across multiple areas of marketing, including public relations, events, content, and social media
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and leading marketing programs and initiatives that drive significant contributions to pipeline
  • Experience owning and managing a comprehensive budget, and being creative in maximizing your allotted spend
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and drive. You will be contributing to the #1 priority of the company, representing a critical region and responsible for delivering results to multiple key stakeholders and leadership teams across the business
