DataLoader/SaaS Associate Support Engineer

To continue providing this level of service and support during our fast growth, we are looking for a very talented contributor with passion for researching complex technologies maintaining high customer satisfaction, to help our customers be successful with MuleSoft products.

This is the stepping stone in an ever challenging career as a Support Engineer. You will help both customers and community users to be successful in the usage of, the most popular data loader for Salesforce as well as other MuleSoft SaaS products. You will address customer inquiries as support cases and community questions, and continue to enhance our knowledge-base to help our customers find answers self-service.

To be successful in this position you will need to learn Salesforce’s data model, query language and APIs, as well as using many popular SaaS tools, like Box, Dropbox, Zuora and Zendesk. You will also work with more traditional technologies, like databases, FTP and SFTP servers and will become an expert in data formats like CSV and encoding technologies.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • You will start your journey getting trained in, Salesforce, the support process and tools
  • Solve simple support cases with supervision
  • Solve all kind of inquires with minimal supervision.
  • Actively participate in forums
  • Adding and enhancing Knowledge Base articles

6 months:

  • You will be a full member of our support team, capable of handling inquiries and problems of all issues without supervision delivering outstanding service for MuleSoft customers.
  • Review support statistics, include Customer Satisfaction surveys. Based on the feedback improve the process and tools to make customers successful.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST and/or Web Services technologies
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Ability to quickly isolate the root cause of an issue, and provide a practical solution
  • Good understanding of Internet technologies and protocols such as HTTP and FTP
  • Experience with as a user, developer or administrator - a plus
  • You like to self-explore new technologies, and find yourself learning faster than others
  • You possess the ability to explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise clients and experienced software developers/architects
  • Excellent Verbal and Writing English communication Skills
  • You often discover ways to improve internal processes and increase efficiency, and are eager to contribute these ideas
  • You enjoy collaborating with (and learning from) experts in other fields, such as engineering, consulting, and sales
