This is the stepping stone in an ever challenging career as a Support Engineer. You will help both customers and community users to be successful in the usage of dataloader.io, the most popular data loader for Salesforce as well as other MuleSoft SaaS products. You will address customer inquiries as support cases and community questions, and continue to enhance our knowledge-base to help our customers find answers self-service.
To be successful in this position you will need to learn Salesforce’s data model, query language and APIs, as well as using many popular SaaS tools, like Box, Dropbox, Zuora and Zendesk. You will also work with more traditional technologies, like databases, FTP and SFTP servers and will become an expert in data formats like CSV and encoding technologies.
