Salesforce is searching for a LATAM Compensation & Benefit Analyst to join our Total Rewards team, reporting to the LATAM C&B Head. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in C&B and passionate about analysis, program design, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with the ability to make things happen and thrives in a very fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders regarding compensation philosophy, practices, and programs; provide compensation expertise and analysis to management and recruitingConduct offer analysis to support rapid company growth and highly ambitious hiring goalsContribute with significant cross-functional project teams for key Total Reward initiatives, such as comp structure redesign, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), process improvements, etc.Develop education/communication materials about our Compensation and Benefits Programs.Subject matter expert on employee benefit. Support to Benefit Administration matters.Partner with consultants, vendors and brokers to optimize benefit plans and programsSupport mobility processes, in partnership with Global Mobility team.Must be capable of multi-tasking in a busy, high-volume environment and have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.Be comfortable with sharing new ideas, challenging norms and constantly looking for ways to drive efficiencies into the team, into processes and into programs

Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree required. HR o related fieldProficiency in Workday or other HRIS applicationsAdvanced English skills.5+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience.Strong analytical rigor with the ability to effectively analyze data and create clear and comprehensive reports and recommendationsComfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving landscapeExcellent written and communication skills.Results-oriented, using data to measure program engagement and drive decisionsMeticulous attention to detail and day to day operationsEngaging, energetic and fun!Loves challenges and embraces problems with a curious and positive attitude
