People Partner

Do you want to join a fast-growing and innovative People Operations team? We’re looking for a true business partner to work with our Product team as well as a global team of world-class talent. You'll partner with senior site leadership, managers from multiple organizations (including engineering, services and support) and employees to ensure that we are able to effectively onboard, develop, engage and retain the best talent in Buenos Aires. Reporting to the People Partner Director & Site Leader, you'll also work with the lead People Partner for the Product organization (which includes engineering) on people strategy, programs and operations.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Understand key business strategies and priorities and how the overall people plan for MuleSoft supports them
  • Build relationships with key business leaders and their teams
  • Take on responsibility for core people processes in Buenos Aires including onboarding, support for offers and performance management
  • Work closely with the Director of People Operations and the lead People Partner for the Product organization to establish key priorities
  • Take on responsibility for employee relations situations
  • Deepen understanding of Engineering team (as well as other organizations with employees in Buenos Aires), the talent, the roles and the business needs
  • Rapidly execute on site and organization-specific priorities

12 months:

  • Drive significant increases in organizational effectiveness through leading the engagement survey process for the organization
  • Partner with leaders on long-range planning and organizational design
  • Enable a performance-driven culture across the organization

What you’ll need to be successful: 

  • 2-4+ years working in human resources including some experience with technical/engineering populations and experience  coaching managers on employee relations
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation in Argentina, compensation and benefits market practices and principles of employee relations
  • A business-focused mindset to human resources and a creative, solutions-oriented problem ability that will work with managers and employees to find an outcome that works
  • Ability to use analysis, empathy, data, and good judgement to approach business and people problems
  • Ability to understand that People Operations exists to support business and employee success; you desire to be a true partner throughout the organization
