MuleSoft is a fast-growing tech company on a mission to connect the world’s applications, data, and devices, and we're looking for a phenomenal Senior Technical Recruiter to help build our high-performing product and engineering teams in an ever-evolving technical landscape. This is a huge opportunity to develop your career by participating in every phase of the recruitment process, from owning candidate experience to collaborating with hiring managers and leadership in to develop strategic interview procedures.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Develop a complete understanding of our business model and recruiting procedures/process
  • Master pipeline management:  you will master our internal process with little supervision and serve as the subject matter expert for product and technical recruitment queries and concerns
  • Close at least one candidate from a pipeline you built from scratch, and you’ll be on track to close three candidates per month going forward
  • Run and report analysis to senior leadership as necessary

6 months:

  • Launch improvements for our current recruitment processes and employment branding
  • Initiate scalable change to our recruitment strategy as it applies to both our talent team and to the business you support

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Experience dealing with high-volume pipelines in demanding technical recruitment environments
  • Experience with improving recruiting processes and internal analytics reports
  • A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience combined with a knack for managing internal expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with managers, high-level executives, and colleagues
  • A positive “do whatever it takes” attitude
  • Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus!
  • An affinity for a strong company culture with smart teammates who care about making a huge impact
