What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

  • BI/Analytics that support sales & revenue generation
  • Pricing strategies & controls across all sales channels, (including indirect oversight into organic sales)
  • Sales force effectiveness – tooling, reporting, sales team performance tracking & target setting
  • CRM implementation with redesign of sales processes
  • Trade marketing/discounts, advertising & sales promotion effectiveness
  • Controls on sales team incentive schemes
  • Could also be directly responsible of $ revenue targets for non-hero categories
  • Channel distribution – tele vs. direct
  • Product/SKU creations & rationalizations

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Since this role extends across multiple teams, a good Revenue Manager must maintain an excellent communication framework across the various functions and share best practices among the revenue stream managers in order to maximize revenue production.
  • Data-driven/metrics-driven/analytical: The right Revenue Manager creates a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results.
  • Sales expertise or closely involved in sales performance driven cultures… maybe sales background, or sales planning
  • Experience implementing or owning Salesforce CRM product at client
  • Exhibits strong leadership and is a wise arbiter
  • Strongly performance driven and results oriented.
