Deliver transparent financial insights and drive value and outcomes in the business through deep customer centered understanding of finance and business realities, supporting with fact-based decision-making.Challenge the status quo in finance and the business in a continuous improvement effort to simplify existing processes and creating value.To develop and maintain effective customer centered relationships with the Squads and Centers stakeholders and cultivate wide cross-functional & international networks.To be seen as a key contributor and partner and be a role model of agile ways of working across finance.
