LATAM Head of Commercial Excellence

    Hire, lead, coach and develop a team of Commercial Excellence professionals with diverse backgrounds, skill sets and accountabilities.In close collaboration with key Affiliate, Regional and Global stakeholders, create and implement a comprehensive and coherent three-year plan for LATAM Commercial Excellence based on SMART objectives, systematically building the following key competencies:Commercial Education & Sales Force EffectivenessCustomer Lifecycle ManagementDigital Marketing Channels & ToolsInternational Key Account Management (iKAM)Solution Pricing & Health Technology Impact (HTI)Lead 360° account plans for local and International Key Accounts, integrating Sales, Medical, Marketing and Service to guarantee a unique and differentiated customer voice.Cultivate LATAM commercial talent by initiating regular talent reviews, succession planning, mentoring opportunities and development initiatives.Commission, lead or participate on cross-functional teams focused on EMEA-LATAM initiatives as required.Advise LATAM affiliates on optimum commercial organization, sales force deployment, account management, resource allocation, incentive structure, potential assessment and business planning, as well as embed Commercial Excellence competencies.Update the key roles and responsibilities as well as identify new sales tools to aid in the development of better work plans and systematize and share best practices.
