The Regional Business Leader (RBL), RDC Region International, is responsible for the deployment of RDC Strategy into the countries, in alignment with the overall Global RDC Strategy and Agenda 2025. Also responsible for representing the Voice of the Markets and Patients into the Global functions, driving tailored solutions for the emerging markets needs and opportunities.
Develop and implement RI HDS strategy and roadmap that are aligned with the broader global RDC strategyIncrease RI alignment with Global HDS function and contribute to global HDS strategic projects by providing regional input about local external environment and customers in the RegionDevelop regional expertise in digital solutions and new business models, leading its deployment in the RegionDevelop new approaches in communicating to the market on digital solutionsLead in the planning and commercial launch of mySugr, RDCP and other new HDS that includes aligning country-specific technical requirements with Global and provide consultancy support to countries’ in developing marketing plansPartnership with insurance companies, hardware, APP and other external solution providers and support the review of business cases and business models. Drive the rollout of 1st phase pilot(s). Identify opportunities for scale up to other markets Establish and drive the framework for digital partnerships in the RegionTrain stakeholders in the use of digital partnership assessment tool for discussion with vendors/partners for data sharing and integration to IPPContinuous interaction with key opinion leaders in the field of digitalizationActs as the main interface for sharing best practices and ideas to global SCS & R&D, by providing regional input and setting up a feedback mechanism of market’s ideas and investments opportunities to global organizationEscalates and speaks Region International voice in global forums to ensure that regional and local needs are taken into accountEnsures launch excellence and works closely with global marketing to provide marketing support to local organisations Leads Squads when required and collaborates with various cross functional teams Prepares strategic plans for market launches, provides associate training to countriesAssists departments to design comprehensive marketing goals for product portfolios and achieve all objectivesPerforms research and analyzes all business processes for competitive environment and maintains knowledge on all market trendsMonitors all marketing activities and propose corrective measures to the countries when requiredPartnership & Alliance Framework support is aligned with HDS to streamline business proposal assessment - the HDS RBL is responsible to coordinate the country projects assessment and submission to P&A Framework tool
University Degree/ MBA or other relevant Post Graduate qualification 5+ years’ experience at a senior product/marketing management level preferably in Medical Device or Healthcare industry Successful proven experience in the area of Marketing or Strategy Development Experience with Diabetes market highly valuedEmerging markets experience highly valuedStrong Strategic Marketing acumen. Ability to lead and think strategicallyGood understanding of technologies and the value of data in the health care sectorFluent in EnglishAbility to travel up to 50% of the time
