Requirements
4+ years of managing a team of digital marketing professionals in a customer service environment
Preferred experience managing online advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Mobile) for clients. Deep knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and/or Cost Per Acquisition) will be a significant added advantage
Expected to work independently with minimal supervision with attention to detail, proactively communicate issues and seek inputs for remediation
Strong verbal and written communication skills (C2 Level English and 1 Local Language) with top tier Multitasking and Analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and working proficiency of CSS, HTML, Actionscript / Javascript preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for leading a team of digital marketing experts within Cognizant for one of its clients in Lisbon
This position will straddle the dual responsibilities of Client Management and Operational Leadership. As the process owner, you will have independent charge of a team of digital marketing experts.
Drive teams to meet client schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest bar of quality and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Project manage various key short and long term initiatives including those oriented productivity enhancements, quality and csat improvements
Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders, supporting them through various strategic initiatives and providing incisive insights to develop those programs to fruition
Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost the delivery effectiveness
Identify, prepare and track suitable metrics, determine trends and utilise them to develop solutions that provide improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery teams
Liaise with the local and onsite teams to share the best practises
Manage resources optimally considering new opportunities, replacement, attrition, etc
