Payroll Specialist - LATAM

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist LATAM for our regional Payroll Team.

Your challenges:

Payroll: Coordinate the monthly payrolls for this group of LATAM countries with the following responsibilities but not limited to:

    Responsible for the quality of payrolls processed by the outsource payroll provider to establish & maintain payroll records.Validation of all payments and deductions.Responsibility of being expert in all related processes and country specifics, owning and updating documentation and communicating changes.Acquire technical mastery of the payroll systems in place.Demonstrable payroll experience.Assist HR local contacts with their queries.Strive to deliver excellence in Customer Service.Maintaining and creating payroll accounting, journals and supporting the finance team to analyse and explain monthly fluctuations of Payroll expenses. Support General Accounting team to reconcile monthly Payroll posting and accruals.Process Payroll and Statutory payments on a timely manner in our Banking Portal.Manage significant changes in payroll, communicating with internal and external stakeholders on projects that impact payroll.Maintain and improve accurate controls.Good communication skills and organisational skills as well as flexibility.Answer employees payroll questions, within expected timeframe to meet.

What you'll need:

    Bachelor degree at Human Resources, Administration, Finance, etc.3-4 years of work experience in similar roles.Experience paying salaries from different countries.You can adapt quickly to new and ever-changing situations.You're driven by data (G-suit / board skills, etc.)Excellent communication and analytical skills.Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast-paced environment, where the prioritization of multiple projects and relevant tasks, adaptation to new contexts and resilience are essential to achieve success in the position.Fluent in english
