We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist for our regional Talent Development team.
Planning and scheduling talent development activities such as performance
management, talent planning in line with the business.
Support in the creation, redesign and or adaptation of talent review process (
potencial + performance).
Support in the creation, redesign and or adaptation of development programmes to
ensure they are fit for purpose and effective.
Design and propose communication and training tools to guide local People teams
and the leadership team in the roll-out.
Coordinate the execution of talent development processes.
Managing and implementing talent development related projects across the Latam
with a focus on learning and development.
Design and propose tools that allow accelerating the professional development of
different talent groups.
Do general monitoring of the execution and present the results of the different
Create and implement strategies to foster a feedback culture.
Exchanging with global entities on best practices and collaborating with them on
Ensure the tracking of development programmes are aligned to strategic goals and
the effectiveness of the programmes.
What you'll need:
3-4 years work experience within the field of learning & development (performance
and talent review process ).
Experience with designing and delivering development and talent review programs
(potential and succession).
Can quickly adapt to new and ever changing situations
You are data driven (skills de G-suit/ tableros, etc)
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast-paced environment, where the
prioritization of multiple projects and relevant tasks, adaptation to new contexts
and resilience are essential to achieve success in the role.
