Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

As a part of our Payroll team, you’ll help PwC manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of our payroll operations. You’ll help manage the Payroll account ledgers, prepare tax reports and documents, and perform routine internal audits to make sure our system is always compliant with federal, state, and local laws.

Buscamos estudiantes avanzados y/o graduados de carreras de Contador Público, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines que cuenten con al menos 2 años de experiencia en tareas de Administración de Personal, con interés de incorporarse al área de Global Outsourcing Solutions.

Cito en las oficinas de nuestro cliente, quien ocupe el puesto estará a cargo de:

  • Altas y Bajas AFIP
  • Gestión con Obras Sociales y prepagas
  • Contacto con Bancos para cuentas sueldo
  • Armado y Administración de legajos
  • Atención al cliente interno
  • Recolección de novedades
  • Administración de licencias
  • Recepción de certificados de ART
  • Entrevistas de egreso y emisión certificaciones de servicio

Para estar preparado en desarrollar estas tareas, se requiere:

  • Conocimiento sólido en Excel
  • Habla y comprensión de inglés para lectura de políticas y plataformas

Será reconocido haber trabajado en empresas de gran nómina y realizado acciones de Control de Contratistas
