What you will be doing:

  • Run full cycle recruiting of Engineering profiles

Who we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of +4 years experience working in recruiting with technical profiles
  • Knowledgeable about  Argentina’s tech market  
  • A natural born networker, can engage with talent no matter the environment. Team player, straightforward, love what you do
  • Detail and process oriented. Documenting is as important as doing interviews. Experience working with ATSs is preferred, we use Greenhouse!
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Copywriting ability will be a plus!
  • Advanced English skills (both written and oral)

Your Impact:

  • Provide superior customer service to employees and managers of Salesforce via our concierge customer portal, and other social channels
  • Support our knowledge base within concierge; close knowledge gaps by creating, updating and improving knowledge articles to keep information relevant for employees’ self-service
  • Record and track all customer interactions using concierge management tool. Follow through to ensure all assigned cases are resolved and closed timely and appropriately
  • Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist Employees
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee and/or manager’s experience with the process
  • Provide support on system enhancements through User Acceptance Testing.
  • Provide audit approval support in HRIS for Manager Self Service transactions for the employee life cycle, including but not limited to; Manager transfers, promotions, compensation changes, one-time payments and exits.
  • Process HRIS corrections or transactions not be handled through Employee or Manager Self Service.
  • Participate in projects to further enhance and globalize ES Shared Services processes for a seamless employee experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year prior work experience in Human Resources or a centralized customer service environment preferred.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to navigate and consult with employees through personal circumstances
  • Ability to diagnose a problem and lead correction efforts through effective communication and efficient execution
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities; exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
  • Thirst for growth and desire to drive process improvements utilizing technology

The Compensation Analyst will ensure that MuleSoft is able to attract and retain the best global talent with competitive compensation that is aligned to performance. Candidates with a wide variety of backgrounds will be considered as long as they are highly analytical, quantitatively adept, and able to drive scalable processes.

As Compensation Analyst, you will analyze data from internal and external sources, drive actionable data insights, and improve every aspect of our compensation systems. You will work hands on with managers to understand compensation proposals (offers and internal changes) and provide relevant data and guidance. You will also work closely with the Director of Compensation, People Partners (HRBPs), and senior executives from the business to build and operate scalable compensation processes.

What you’ll achieve:

3 months:

  • Work directly with managers as they evaluate compensation for offers and internal changes
  • Analyze Workday data to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement (and implement them)
  • Partner with HRIS Analyst to implement compensation information in Workday as well as automated compensation dashboards for managers and People Ops
  • Drive ad hoc reporting around specific compensation topics based on business needs

12 months:

  • Become a key resource for managers and People Partners; build key reusable assets to enable them in compensation-related work
  • Lead analysis on reviews and updates of compensation guidance across the company
  • Work with leadership as we continue to build the global compensation infrastructure and processes
  • Analyze key trends in the business and externally to be able to proactively address compensation-related issues before they occur

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • This role does not require previous experience specifically in compensation; broad range of backgrounds considered
  • 2+ years in consulting, FP&A, business analytics, financial services or other highly analytical/quantitative roles
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Strong “user empathy” with a drive to make processes friction-free for managers (even if it means more work on you)
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with intellectual curiosity and an ability to understand business/organizational context
  • A “do whatever it takes” approach with high drive for execution
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and nuance; able to derive insights and make recommendations with a holistic understanding of complex situations
