We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled MiniApps System Analyst to join the IT Productivity Automation team. This role will support the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and lifecycle management of MiniApps and related virtualized solutions used to improve productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with a service-oriented mindset, contributing to reliable solutions through virtual server configuration, automated testing practices, structured documentation, and ITIL-aligned service management routines.
The position requires close collaboration with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to understand requirements, translate them into technical configurations, and ensure solutions are properly supported in production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience of 2+ years in a large enterprise IT environment.
EXPERIENCE
- Technical background in systems analysis, infrastructure support, application configuration, or productivity automation solutions.
- Experience configuring and supporting virtual servers, virtualized environments, or cloud-based infrastructure components.
- Knowledge of automated testing concepts, test execution, regression testing, and validation of technical changes before production deployment.
- Understanding of ITIL practices related to incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, and service lifecycle management.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
- Basic understanding of SQL solutions, Excel macros, and connections to external data sources.
